Welcome to Bakadi Furniture. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of our products. By accessing our site or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these terms.


1. General Conditions

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

     
  • Our physical store and workshop are located at Deep Blue House, 1st Floor, Room 20A, Thika Road, Kahawa Wendani, Ruiru, Kiambu, 00100, Kenya.

  • Business operations, including customer support and delivery coordination, are conducted Monday through Sunday, 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM.

2. Pricing and Payments

  • All prices listed on our website are in Kenyan Shillings (KES).

     
  • Online Payments: Processed securely via Paystack, accepting M-Pesa, Airtel Money, and major Credit/Debit cards (Visa/Mastercard).

     
  • Offline Payments: Direct bank transfers are accepted to our NCBA Bank account (Account Name: Bakadi Furniture, Account Number: 1005678907).

     
  • Payment Confirmation: After making a bank transfer, you must share a confirmation via WhatsApp or email to speed up order processing.

     
  • Security: We do not store card details; all online transactions are processed through Paystack’s PCI-DSS compliant infrastructure.

     

3. Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping Fee: A flat rate of KES 1,000.00 applies to all orders within our delivery network.

     
  • Timeline: Total delivery time is between 1 to 6 business days from the date of your order.

     
  • Process: Since we handle our own deliveries, our team will contact you via phone or WhatsApp (+254 140 813 422) to coordinate a specific delivery window.

     
  • Order Cut-off: Orders placed after 7:00 PM (GMT+03:00) will begin processing the following business day.

     

4. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

  • Window: Customers have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery or collection to request a return or exchange.

     
  • Condition: Items must be in “New” condition (unused, clean, free of stains/odors) and in original packaging with proof of purchase.

     
  • Exclusions: Custom-made/bespoke furniture and items marked as “Final Sale” are non-returnable.

     
  • Fees: We provide Free Returns (KES 0) and charge No Restocking Fees.

     
  • Refunds: Issued in KES via the original payment method within 5 days after the return is inspected at our Ruiru workshop.

     

5. Damages and Defects

  • In the event of damage during transit, please notify the delivery team immediately or contact us within 48 hours of receipt.

     
  • We will arrange for a repair or replacement at no additional cost for verified defective items.

     

6. Privacy and Communication

  • We collect personal identifiers (name, phone, email) and delivery details to provide high-quality furniture and reliable delivery.

     
  • Your data is used strictly for business operations and is only shared with necessary third parties like payment processors.

     
  • We will use phone or WhatsApp to coordinate delivery windows and respond to customer support inquiries.
