1. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept secure online payments via Paystack, including M-Pesa, Airtel Money, Visa, and Mastercard. We also accept direct bank transfers to our NCBA Bank account and Cash on Delivery (CoD) within our delivery network.


2. How long does delivery take?

Orders are typically delivered within 1–6 business days across Kenya. Most orders are processed within 24 hours and dispatched using our dedicated transport trucks.


3. How much is shipping?

We charge a flat shipping fee of KES 1,000 for all orders within our delivery network in Kenya.


4. Do you offer Cash on Delivery?

Yes. Customers within our primary delivery areas can pay upon delivery after receiving and inspecting their furniture.


5. What is your return and exchange policy?

We offer a 30-day return and exchange window for standard furniture items. Returns are free, and there are no restocking fees. Items must be unused, clean, and in new condition with proof of purchase.


6. Are custom-made furniture items returnable?

No. Custom-made or bespoke furniture designed to specific dimensions or fabric requests cannot be returned or refunded. Final sale items are also non-returnable.


7. How long do refunds take?

Once the returned item has been inspected, refunds are processed within 5 days and sent through the original payment method, such as M-Pesa or bank transfer.


8. How do you protect my personal and payment information?

Your privacy and security are important to us. All online payments are securely processed through Paystack’s PCI-DSS compliant system, and we do not store card details on our servers. Customer delivery information is only shared with our internal logistics team for order fulfillment.
