Thank you for choosing Bakadi Furniture. We are committed to delivering high-quality furniture directly to your home or office using our dedicated transport team.

1. Shipping Destinations
We currently provide shipping services exclusively within Kenya. Our primary delivery zones include Kiambu, Nairobi, and surrounding regions.

2. Shipping Costs
To ensure safe and reliable transport for your furniture, we charge a flat shipping rate:

Flat Rate Shipping: KES 1,000.00 for all orders within our delivery network.

3. Order Processing & Cut-off Time
Order Cut-off Time: 7:00 PM (GMT+03:00) East Africa Time (Nairobi). Orders placed after this time will begin processing the following business day.

Handling Time: 0 – 1 Business Day (Monday – Sunday). Most orders are prepared for dispatch within 24 hours of being placed.

4. Transit & Delivery Time
Once your order has been processed and handled, it is dispatched via our own transport trucks.

Transit Time: 1 – 5 Business Days (Monday – Sunday).

Total Delivery Time: You can expect your furniture to arrive within 1 to 6 business days from the date of your order.

5. Delivery Process
Because we handle our own deliveries, our team will contact you via phone or WhatsApp (+254 140 813 422) to coordinate a specific delivery window that fits your schedule. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and inspect the items.

6. Damaged or Missing Items
In the rare event that an item is damaged during transit, please notify our delivery team immediately or contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will arrange for a repair or replacement at no additional cost to you.
